Thank you Jesus for coming into my life… a Malay Christian’s testimony.

I just would like to let Singapore know that there is hope for Malays in Singapore to embrace Christ. I Am one of them! Hallelujah! Praise Jesus! Praise God Almighty! Now i can proudly say that i am a Malay Christian! Gloriously saved in year 2003. Yes, I was born a muslim. Yes, i was born and raised in Singapore. Typically my father tried his best to make his 3 sons understand islam and of course to embrace the basic tenets of the religion…
As a teenager i tried my best to know what islam was about. I deeply believed that there is a God. But somehow this god felt very distant and the feeling of constant judgement is always there… I hardly felt loved…Â
And so my search began… I embarked on a journey that led me to the Light of Christ.
I was 20 at that point of time. Almost 10 years later, i have come into His Presence. My meanderings into all the other world religions gave me a very broad view of what other faith systems are about. Some aren’t even faith, just merely a way of life, some are rules and laws stacked like jenga blocks waiting to crumble. Others, even, like mystery, occultic belief systems delved very much deeply into self deliverance, being freed into the ALL somewhat. All these seemed very attractive at some point of time but it never did answer the very basis of SALVATION.
Corrupt as we are, man’s ego has taken precedence over who we naturally are. Sin Nature in our flesh is somewhat programmed into our flesh after the fall of Adam. Saintly as we want to be, none of us can come close to the perfection of Christ. But Christ came for us as He is God with us (Emmanuel). How is it possible for man, a fleshly being be able to save himself? Many believe in a spirit; and this spirit is pure, unadulterated love, pure being, pure energy. They believe all mankind have this spirit in them. Now as a Christian i know that this spirit is inaccessible to us until we have the Holy Spirit in us through Christ Jesus after He was crucified on the cross. Only with our salvation and redemption through Christ then can we have this Spirit, this Holy Spirit of God. Other than that it will be the shadow of the truth, the deceiver will use his deceptive spirit and enter into your life. Any form of spiritual entity will give you some form of power or energy, even feelings of bliss and happiness. But all these are temporal, for they are not from the Truth. I am obviously speaking from experience. Delving in forms of meditation, qi exercises, no doubt certainly some have health benefits attached to it but at what risk? We always have to use Christ as our filter and source for the Truth. If not, trouble may brew as the deceiver comes into our mind and body from these seemingly harmless exercises.
I appeal to any of my brothers and sisters out there, if you feel, and deep inside, you know that your are lost… Look for your Shepherd.
Jesus said, “I am the good shepherd; and I know my sheep, and am known by My own. As the Father knows Me, even so I know the Father; and I lay down My life for the sheep. And other sheep I have which are not of this fold; them also I must bring, and they will hear My voice; and there will be one flock and one shepherd.” John 10:14-16
I firmly believe in the Word of God. And John 10:16 speaks volumes of His kind mercy and grace. It will only be a matter of time when more of us will come out saying ,”I am born again in Christ!” How glorious will that day be when i can share this pride and gift with sheep from my own fold!
Hallelujah, Praise God… Thank you Jesus… Oh, how so You have loved me…
Yeshua… YHWH is my Salvation.
PS: Hi everybody, i have another blog site at 1flock1shepherd.blogspot.com(don’t type the www)
I’ll be on that one more regularly. I have a couple more interesting stuff there! Do take a look please and leave your comments there.

It’s really great to see your testimony. Kinda surprised too, especially since I’ve been neglecting this blog due to time.
But it’s really great to hear about your testimony. It’s really tough to share the gospel to Muslims. Especially so here in Singapore, where we’re hampered by both secular and spiritual lessons.
Will be keeping you and the Malay community in prayer.
I’m Bradley from Jakarta. It’s a very inspiring story indeed. I myself have been a indonesian (malay) christian since childhood but never really understood about salvation and had to wander around other religions as well before finally accepting Jesus into my heart.
will keep praying for you and your family and the malay christian communities in singapore, malaysia, and brunei

Wow Amen to that!!!
Your testimony is great. Continue to testify for God and Jesus – for by the Blood of the Lamb and the testimonies of the Saints, we destroy the Work of Satan.

Or anyone else for that matter.
Wow amazing testimony.wat amazing grace.
its really a rarity in tiny singapore. May the Lord keep u, and bless u. I share your post on my site alrite?
Thanks for the testimony. It blesses my heart.
Hi bro Emmanuel-Reza,
I went to your other blog site and it’s really cool but I just wanted to continue where others have written their thoughts.
Firstly, I thank the Lord for His grace revealed into your heart. Your testimony is a tremendous blessing to other Malay Christians and those seeking the Truth. May you and your household continue to be blessed with the faith of Abraham and the courage of Joshua to proclaim the Name of Jesus boldly.
I have met and spoken with a Malay Christian and what was evidently clear was what Ezekiel and Herwan had implied in their comments – that the Malay Muslim community for all its preaching of being a religion of love have zero tolerance for Malays who discover Jesus and receive Him as their Lord and Savior.
There is certainly no Malay Christian church or service that I can think of available here and if there are house churches, I would think that they go about their lives discreetly. It doesn’t help now with the interfaith movement that hampers the sharing of the Gospel. But having said that, the Holy Spirit cannot be blocked. Praise God!
I think that the internet is the perfect starting point for a virtual Malay Christian church and with webinars, webcasts, pod casts and every high-tech means of engagement, there is an opportunity to unite Malay Christians locally but also brothers such as Bradley in Jakarta while providing a private way for someone like iwaa to hear the sharing of the Gospel. It is more compelling to hear the Gospel shared by Malays for the Malays as compared to hearing the Word presented by a Christian of another race who was not born a Muslim either.
A brick and mortar church would be great but only IF the Lord raises a Malay Christian leader to bring about this corporate fellowship. It is written that God’s protection surrounds His people but there is a time and place when the Lord will activate such a premise as has taken place in ironically a country like Indonesia, the largest Muslim nation in the world.
I pray the Spirit of God will speak to His people amongst the Malay Christians here in Singapore for bolder unity in Spirit as well as fearless fellowship. And again I ‘caution’ for the setting up of a physical church and only when God directs and totally affirms it. Even a virtual church will require complete direction from the Lord for its timely activation and management.
God bless you and your household bro Emmanuel-Reza.
“The LORD bless you
and keep you;
the LORD make his face shine upon you
and be gracious to you;
the LORD turn his face toward you
and give you peace.”
Numbers 6:24-26
Praise God for answering my prayer!
It was about 3 or 4 years ago on my way to work one Morning when many Muslim students boarded the bus I was on. Standing in front of me, was a very sweet looking young girl, about 9 years of age. As I looked into her innocent eyes, my heart was overwhelmed by my love for her. As tears welled, I prayed for God to reveal Himself to her and the Malay community. I remember praying silently “Lord, please don’t let her perish.”
I thank the Lord for you Emmanuel and for all the other Christian Malays who have written in response to your posting.
I don’t know who that girl is but somehow I know now she will be saved. And one day we will meet in heaven again.
May the Lord’s protection be with you. In Jesus name, no weapons forged against you will prevail and all tongues that come against you, you shall refute. I bless you with signs, wonders and miracles as you lift up the Banner of our Lord, Jesus Christ. You shall be a father of multitudes as you bring the message of Christ to those who are lost.

Indeed this would be a good start to establish and keep the database of Malay Christians.
I am a Malay Christian and was baptised in November 1998. I do know of a malay Pastor (Syed Akil – Pastor Wilfred) who conducts service at the Holiday Inn Atrium Ballroom every Sunday at 10.00am.
Perhaps we, fellow Malay Christian should come forward, establlsh our own organization and eventually have a Church of our own in Malay Language.
I have no problem in getting my Christian name added in my NRIC and religion record changed with ICA.
‘LORD, I know that no one is the master of his own destiny; no person has control over his own life” – JEREMIAH 10:23-25
Glad to hear that there are Malay christians in Singapore. Just wonder whether any of you face persecutions from your family members or you guys and gals are still staying with your folks ?
I am very happy to meet a malay christian. I hope that you will have many opportunies to bring more malays to christianity because I really believe with all my heart in tne christian way.
I have been a christian for many years – next month I will be 50 yrs old. If God wants to heal you he will heal you. If he does not want to heal you he won’t – he is God.
WE can pray in any human language that we can understand. For those who want to pray in the language of Angels (is there really such a thing?) If you pray in a language you understand you will develop your relationship with God.
Please contact me if you have any question or if you just want to have another friend.
God Bless You.
It’s a great encouragement to know that the gospel is reaching the malay community. May God bless you and keep your faith strong.
Hi, it’s great to hear about the Lord moving in the Malay community. I’m a Christian and I’ve been going out with my Malay boyfriend for 5 years now and we were about to get married. Deep down inside, I know I’m committing a sin and I couldn’t live with that. I’ve been struggling with this everyday as I love him very much. I need prayers from everyone as I want to grow strong in the Lord and not to be blinded by love. I’ve been praying for the salvation of my boyfriend and I need to rally everyone to pray not only for my boyfriend but the Malaysia malays especially so that their hearts are opened to the gospel.
And to Emmanuel, thank you for writing this page and God will continue to bless you
Greetings to you Brother,
I plan to visit singapore more frequently and I wish to meet you up and chit-chatting with you about ur life now…while having a drink of course..
please , email me at hasriomar13@yahoo.com..
Thank you..

Interesting story, Emmanuel-Reza.
But can you also share with me some of the reasons why you felt that Islam did not give you what you needed ? It has been my experience that former Muslims who left Islam for Christianity actually do not know about Islam much in the first place and neither do they know much about Christianity later.
For an example, I was just reading another article about a former Muslim who said that when she was a Muslim she was envious that her Christian boyfriend’s relationship with God was one which was close but her God was unattainable, far away.
She had believed this even though in Islam, a Muslim communicates with God five times a day while a Christian worships God only on Sundays. Apparently, for this individual praying five times a day makes God unattainable but praying to God once a week makes Him close and personal.
Her lack of knowledge about Islam, and her practice of it, before her conversion was absolutely telling.
Hope to get a response from you soon. Peace.
Greetings Farhad,
I read your posting to Emmanuel-Reza and I hope you welcome the liberty I take in sharing my experience as a former Taoist and now a Christian.
Raised by my mom to believe that there is only one Creator, I had long subscribed to the understanding of a God in heaven. I prayed to this God and it was not in a temple, church or any “religious” place. I thought that this is the one same God of all religions who believe in a Creator.
In 1998, at a time when everything was incredibly well in every aspect of my life, there was still something that I felt strongly missing and I can only describe it as an emptiness within. I felt that I could fill that emptiness with God and religion.
Anyway, I read up on the world’s major religions including Taoism (the one I grew up with), Buddhism, Islam, Christianity, Judaism, Hinduism, Sikhism, etc. Nothing stirred in my heart and it was futile because I was “rationalizing” religion and approaching it like a book study, comparing notes and processing it.
Believing that God would answer me if I truly seek Him and search for Him, I did just that during my quiet time and in my heart was eager to know WHO this God is.
I cannot explain it in rational terms but I was soon drawn to pick up the Bible and as I began to start on page one, I could not put the Bible down after that. I must add that I was a bit surprised as I was anti-Christian before all this and felt that the Christians were too arrogant and narrow-minded about the only way to God through Jesus.
I continued reading the Bible non-stop for about three months and with the exception of a few books in the Bible, and not understanding over 90% of what I was reading, by the third month I was weeping at times when reading the Bible. It was not sadness of human emotions when reading a particular situation or feeling sympathy for example when Christ was beaten and crucified but in some of the most straightforward non-emotional parts of the Bible, I was simply weeping and not knowing what was happening to me, Not to alarm my wife, I kept this private until later.
Anyway to cut a long story short, the Word from the Bible began to “speak” to me and the “revelation” of the Creator became clear in my Spirit.
When the opportunity to respond to receive Jesus as my Lord and Savior at a Christian music festival came about, I did not dare go up thinking that I should get my life cleaned up first, knowing that I was and still remain a man imperfect and with sin that I constantly have to grapple with. I was thinking that a pure and perfect God would not want to associate with me, a “filthy” nobody but I was wrong. God “spoke” to me through my wife and on that eventful day, we came to Christ.
In a round about way, it is not about praying five times everyday or one time on Sunday. God expects worship but it is only in a relationship with Him will we know Him intimately.
Afterall, God knows everything about us but He is so beyond us that we will need an entire lifetime and more to know everything about Him. And yet, in the course of my walk with God as a Christian, He is constantly sharing with me depths of wisdom and insight about Him that only He can reveal. God is love and I can attest to that.
If you would, give yourself a chance to speak to God and ask Him to reveal Himself. He promises He will, to any man who truly seeks Him with all of his heart and soul.
Blessings

Hi Farhad,
I think u misunderstood Christianity. Christians don’t worship on Sundays only…ie going to church on Sundays only. There’s no limit on days & time when to worship Him. We can worship & honour Him at home, at work, at play, in our car,….in the morning, afternoon, night time etc. And praying is not only confined to the church on Sundays only…..we pray at home, in our car before we going off to work, at work, with our friends etc….we talk to Him everyday….tell Him of our worries, our happiness, our families, friends, colleagues etc….we tell Him everything….God is a friend to us…
Very interesting indeed. This is a paradox world. While I have met great Christians coming to Islam including several former Christian priests, here we have some strange people who leave Islam for the comfort of this mortal world.
May your journey be a peaceful one when you have to meet God the Father, the Almighty Creator, and please answer to Him in the Day of Meeting with the Lord.
I will be witness, and Jesus will be my witness. For I do believe in Jesus as the right hand of God AlMighty.
Oh Jesus, can you accept someone who says that you are the Lord? Not a verse in the Bible says that you are the Lord God. Even you were a humble servant to the God AlMighty.
So, in the day of the Great Assembly, when all the souls will be assembled and witness, and let us all witness, who will speak the truth. Ameen.
Glory be to the Father alone.
Regards.
Angela
INILAH TANDA2 AKHIR ZAMAN. I met many Christian converts to Islam, among them were former Christian priests. After listening to their testimonies, then I am very happy to know that there are pure souls for Islam. As for you, I will stand as witness for what I write here, in front of Jesus and God Almighty. Please produce your proof if you are indeed true.
As for my own proof, I do declare that nothing exists in absolute term – this I read from scientific writings, from mind theory, and from my actual witness of nothinglessness.
Nothing exists, excepet God Al Mighty. Ameen.
God Bless you.
Angela
Dear Angela,
Greetings in Jesus’ Name. I noted your statement that “Oh Jesus, can you accept someone who says that you are the Lord? Not a verse in the Bible says that you are the Lord God.” and felt it important to share the Truth.
Please allow me to lead you to John 17. This is a very special chapter as it is the one time that Jesus prayed at great length just before his arrest and crucifixion. In response to your comment, Jesus in John 17:11 prayed “… Holy Father, protect them by the power of Your Name – the Name You gave Me …” (NIV).
The Bible answers every one who searches for the Truth and I pray this Truth revealed will speak to you in the very Name of God Almighty, the same Name given to His Son – and that Name given is Jesus.
Blessings in Christ

I am born into a very conservative Indian Muslim family. During my younger days I always wanted to be close to God. My parents encouraged me to recite the Quran, pray 5 times a day and participate in religious ceremony and prayers. Which I willingly did only cos I wanted to be closer to God. There came a time whereby I stopped my dutiful 5 times prayer ritual for I felt God is constantly with me for 24/7 and why shd I limit to 5 times a day. Moreover, I didnt understand the prayer words.
One day my father brought home an English translated Quran which I took it with joy to discover God’s word. To my disappointment, everything was like a jigsaw puzzle. I couldnt comprehend the co-relation in discovering the closeness to God. The only thing that was evident is that our God created the universe and all mankind.
In my childhood days, I was inquisitive about Christianity. The more I pondered about Christianity they more i felt drawn towards Christ and felt somehow ‘peace and love’. Of course I didnt know anything about Christ at that stage of my life.
During my late teens, I met my husband who was a Roman Catholic. My parents objected to our relationship and vowed to disown me or even they threaten to ‘kill’ me before bringing disgrace to the family. Secretly I continued my relationship with my husband. I prayed to Allah to open the path of truth. I re-read the Quran to seek the truth about HIM. It is written in the Quran that people of God are; Jews, Christians and Muslim and with that sign I went ahead to register our marriage in Civil court after 5 years of courtship.
During the 5 years I did accompanied my husband to Novena Church, prayed with him, praying fervently asking God to give me his blessing to precede with my marriage plans. Praise our Heavenly Father, HE did answer my prayers. My parents eventually accepted my husband and gave us their blessings.
Now, many Muslims will conclude that “there our Allah answered her prayers”! No my dear friends, it was Jesus who answered my prayers. Though at that time I was still reluctant to accept Jesus whole heartedly into my heart.
Despite my unwillingness, Jesus continued to draw me closer into my life. Though I went to church and kneel to pray, my prayers were diverted to Allah and him alone. One day during Praise & Worship service, for the first time I encountered The Holy Spirit. I felt the warmness and ‘electrifying’ sensation and ever since then I was convinced of the Trinity; Father, Son & The Holy Spirit. After 10years of our marriage life, I received Christ into my heart and was baptized.
We were lukewarm Catholics even though we were thirsty for Spiritual enrichment. 4 years ago, we were faced by multitudes of personal crisis; financial, legal, relationship problems, etc. We were on our knees praying fervently for God’s mercy.
All we have to do is knock His door and He will come into our life and take over all our worries.
Today, we are enriched with God’s words and filled with the Holy Spirit in our life. We now attend Lighthouse Evangelism Church. I personally have witnessed many miracles and healings in my life.
I have a very personal relationship with our Lord. He fulfills my hearts desire. Our Lord never fails to answer our prayers. I am a witness to God’s Love and touch. Last year my brother almost died and doctors had given up on his recovery. My dear friends, Jesus brought him back to life. He is another living testimony.
I feel very sad for my Muslim family and relatives for they have not found their eternal peace. IF only they accept Jesus as their Savior, they life will be much richer in every areas of their life. Jesus is the true and one way that leads to our Heavenly Father.
I continue to pray for all our Muslim brothers and sisters to receive their Salvation thru Christ Jesus.
If you want to hear my testimony, please do write to me at Fauziah_gilbert@hotmail.com and I’ll be more than happy to share with you for only one purpose; To glorify our Lord Jesus love and mercy.
May you receive our Heavenly Father’s grace and blessings in abundance! All praise to Him alone.
Holla to all you so called ‘malay christians’,
First of all I’m a muslim and I’LL NEVER CONVERT! I just wanna say, that if you look at the middle east and indonesia for example, aren’t there filthy rich tycoons who are muslims? Just look at the middle east! They are the number oil producing continent in the world! Obviously Allah gave wealth to their nations. And if you were to notice, nearly all countries who are rich in natural resources are muslim majority nations! Just like malaysia, the number one palm oil producer in the world! Aren’t they rich? So if you think that by being a christian will make you rich, then you’re wrong! How about those christians in Africa who are starving and dying of malaria? Aren’t they christians too? But they’re dying! Anyway, if you were to search youtube, you would actually find more videos about christians converting to islam not the opposite! So you should ask this question to yourself. “Why did they convert to Islam? Aren’t most terrorist muslims?” Ask yourself that question and I advice you to search on youtube about christians coming forward to be muslims! It will really make you feel ashamed that all those christians are now muslims! We’re definitely winning over! Islam is also the fastest spreading religion in this world! Anyway, God will definitely close your hearts for becoming hypocrites. Remember my malay christian hypocrite community, this life is only a short holiday, you shall face the music when you are lowered to your grave! Don’t you ex-malay muslims realise that you’re worshipping an idol which is lifeless? By the way why does each and every jesus’s look different? Like in Africa, Jesus is a black man, in Europe jesus is a white man and in mexico jesus is a latino man? Isn’t god only one? So why are there different types of jesus’s? Anyway, why can’t you guys pray directly to god? IF JESUS WAS LORD THEN WHY IS HE PRAISING GOD? ASK YOURSELF THAT QUESTION! May Allah blind you ex-muslims! May He scatter you all over this planet!
May peace be upon u…
To all religion alike…piece is the most important thing in life right now…we don’t need hatred to be spread all over the world.War and violence doesn’t look at which religion you are with.It affect every races and religion. I’m a Muslim myself…to me,we have our choice in life.Don’t hate other religion.Every one of us have our own religion beliefs.God all mighty for me is Allah and no others..
If your parents did not stop you from converting…why should WE..??!!! It’s your choice..On judgement day..we will know which religion is the TRUTH..!! I’ve already know mine…amin…
Hi Brother Syahid,
Thank you for your strong comments.
I speak of only Love, Peace and Truth. I’m sure by you leaving a comment on this blog entry means that you have read some of the contents of the blog or if not, all of it.
I am sure you will be blessed by something you have read in my entries. GOD brought you to read this entry, not chance, not coincidence. He has done a mighty thing in your life. From now on, your life will change radically.
You will find a sudden surge of Love, Peace and Understanding in your heart. You will feel that it does not make any sense. So much love flowing, it is totally illogical. That is GOD, that is my Abba. A GOD of Love. A GOD that gave Himself for you. He loves you and He wants you to know that.
You words of anger and hate is not new to Him. He took that on the cross. As He has received that on the cross, He gave His peace to the world. And now i write before you to be a testimony of His peace.
I pray for His peace, love and His abundant blessings to rain on your life and on your family’s life.
I AM looking forward to the day when my “short holiday” here ends. Why you might ask?
Well Brother, i AM going to Heaven. And it’s a great, great place to be. I know for sure because He has made His promise. And His promise is sure and eternal.
What about you? I hope we can fellowship someday in our Father’s mansion.
Be greatly blessed, highly favoured & deeply loved!
Shalom Shalom,
Emmanuel.

peace and god bless!
this is such an interesting topic. let me first start off by saying i am a practicing Muslim and Malay of course. Though I am not oblivious to the fact that there is an increasing number of Malay Muslims converting, i am deeply sadden to lose another fellow Muslim. But pls know that Islam is always open for you if you want to embrace it and God is ever forgiving. And Syahid Naharuddin, if its not known to you, wealth is the root of all evil. Muslims may be rich, but are they a practicing Muslim? Do they carry out their duties to the poor? And a country that is rich with oil, can not only be a blessing, but a curse as well. The countries that u mentioned, either is reeked with corruption, and/or endless war. That is the saddest truth. It is a good thing that we are welcoming people to Islam, but at the same time, we should do our best to help those who are Muslims not stray away.
And to u Emmanuel-Reza, I hope you find what u were looking for.
Assalamualaikum,
From what I read so far, you don’t even know what a muslim really is. A muslim is one who submits to God. He/She does not venerate anyone/thing else besides God. Being muslims simple means doing:
1. Contact Prayers 5 times a day.
2. Respect and Honor your Parents.
3. Take car of orphans and widowed mothers.
4. Give charity.
5. Fasting during Ramadan.
6. Be righteous in your dealings with other people.
7. Remember God Always.
The so called Islam you professed was polluted by hadis sunnah. This is devils work. Why don’t you pick up a copy of the Quran and read it without the baggage of the satanic hadis sunnah. You will be surprised to see what Islam really means. Then visit http://www.submission.org. GW God will bring you out of the darkness into light.
God Bless
Dear Emmanuel alias Reza. I have just one simple question to ask you to explain to me. Christians believe that Jesus died on the cross as a sacrifice for the sins of mankind. Christians believe that Jesus is divine (sometimes he is God ,some other times he is human). Christians also believe that Jesus is the son of God. Now, when Jesus was up there in the cross he was reported in the Bible to cry ‘ Eli, Eli, Lama Sabachtani’ ( translated to be ‘ Lord (meaning God), Lord, why do you forsake me?). If Jesus is both God and a human being, why couldnt he say “TRANSFORM!” – and behold, he becomes God and evaporate into thin air. If Jesus is the son of God, what kind of god sacrifices his own son , and yet you say Jesus the God is loving! And finally, is it logical just by believing in the crucifixation of Jesus and lo and behold ,all your sins are gone and heaven is assured for you.Be cool man!. TQ
lol…
Dear visitors to this site,
#1. Let us first agree that there are many religions in the world but only three religions look to a monotheistic God – that is the One God of all creation. The three are Christianity, Islam and Judaism (alphabetically listed).
#2. Let us agree that Christians have Jesus (and His other Names given in the Bible), Islam has Allah and Judaism has Yahweh, who represent in their respective faiths, the monotheistic God mentioned in #1.
#3. Let us agree that that there are countless number of gods if we take into account all other world religions such as Hinduism, Taoism, Paganism and so forth combined.
#4. Let us also agree that this One God is the most powerful above all gods or so-called gods and He can destroy the rest of them by the might of His power.
Now let me use an analogy.
Supposing there is a simple man who is neither Christian, Jew, Muslim (in alphabetical order) nor a follower of any religion but believes there is One God of all creation whose Name this man does not know. One day this man deeply and sincerely wants to look for this One God and find out His Name. To know for certain, his rationale is simple – this One God must be the most powerful over ALL gods. Therefore, none of the lesser gods will dare claim to be this One God because they are less powerful.
Based on this rationale, this man goes to a big room where all the gods and this One God is present. All he needs to do is call out “I am but a man but if the most powerful amongst you who is the One God will show Himself to me, I will follow Him.” Surely, only this One God can answer the man with the authority to tell the lesser gods to be quiet and not answer the man.
Now, don’t we agree that any of us whether Christian, Jew or Muslim, will want to be 100% certain like the simple man and make sure that we also follow the One God who reveals Himself.
The lesson I learn from this simple man is this. If I truly seek the One God with all my heart and with deepest sincerity, He will answer me and reveal Himself and His Name to me.
You can only be certain you have found out who He truly is by sincerely calling out to Him and having Him answer you. But you must be totally willing to put aside your bias and call out to Him. He is the One God that answers those genuinely seeking Him.
How wonderfully blessed it is to know the Name of the One God.
Comment by ‘like the simple man’ is referred. How can you categorise Christianity as a monotheistic religion when most Christians believe the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost are all gods? Please browse into the many Unitarian Church websites. Yes, the Unitarian Church Christian is a true monotheistic religion. It does not buy the dogmas of the Holy Trinity, the divinity of Jesus, the Original Sin and Salvation through belief in the Crucifiction. Jesus is not God. He was a prophet among the many prophets. The only difference is how he was born.Thank You.
Hi All,
I’d just like to address a few comments here.
Brother Ikram, you mentioned:
Dear Emmanuel alias Reza. I have just one simple question to ask you to explain to me. Christians believe that Jesus died on the cross as a sacrifice for the sins of mankind. Christians believe that Jesus is divine (sometimes he is God ,some other times he is human).
Reply: Yeshua is FULLY GOD, FULLY MAN. With Him being both fully God, fully Man, He was able to fulfil His purpose to be the Perfect Lamb, the Perfect, Final & Complete sacrifce to cleanse man’s sin, past, present, future and finally redeem Mankind. This was a fulfillment of Jewish Laws through the Old Testament.
If Jesus is both God and a human being, why couldnt he say “TRANSFORM!†– and behold, he becomes God and evaporate into thin air.
Reply: I’m sure Yeshua could have done exactly that. “Transform!” or “Ascend!” and He would immediately have been with the Father. But Yeshua was fulfilling His Father’s will & purpose in His life. Yeshua was not murdered. He gave His life willingly. In Matthew 26:38-42 Yeshua was in the Garden of Gethsemane. He was struggling with His Father. He knew His call to cross was extreme in every sense, yet He said,”Thy will be done.”
If Jesus is the son of God, what kind of god sacrifices his own son , and yet you say Jesus the God is loving!
Reply: To understand the Cross is to understand and have a revelation of God’s love for you. To know that He gave up His most precious to redeem you. Why? Because you are so, so, precious to Him. You are like a precious pearl in God’s eye’s. He has given up His very best for you Brother! (Matthew 13:46)
And finally, is it logical just by believing in the crucifixation of Jesus and lo and behold ,all your sins are gone and heaven is assured for you.
Reply: Nope not logical. Logic will never explain the Grace of God provided by the finished work of the Cross. THE GIFT has been presented to you. It is FREE. Free it is but it’s not cheap. God paid dearly for you. Analogy: If i had a debt of $10,000. A dear friend of mine secretly paid my debt for me and on top of that made an overpayment, he paid $1,000,000. One day, i go to my creditors and they said my debt has been paid. I can continue to believe it has not been paid, but the fact of the matter is, it has been paid in full and more! I can continue to pay my creditors but they will no longer except my payment! Or, i can accept and believe knowing fully my debt has been paid and celebrate! It is that easy Bro. Up to you to believe. Because believe is a personal motivation. Whether you believe it or not, matter of fact is, my debt has been paid, your debt has been paid, fully and in overpayment.
You know bro, as we walk this life, we can continue to believe whatever we want to believe. But surely, God is good all the time. He will speak to all of us in our own way, our own capacity, for us to have a revelation of His heart & love for us. The cancellation of our sins on the cross, past, present and future does not promote a sinful life, licientious life. The revelation of God’s love for us demonstrated on the cross, has a life transforming effect on our lives. That’s why when we believe, we are truly born again. Start life afresh. God is a God of 2nd chances, 3rd chances, many, many chances. He came to same those who cannot save themselves. In the Gospels, Jesus drew near to the condemned people of His day. Tax collectors, prostitutes, lepers, people who were cursed and demon possessed. Why? There are those among us who still think that they can save themselves, work their way to heaven, that’s when He says, “I can’t really help you there cos’ you’re still too strong.” Those that God drew near to, were people who couldn’t help themselves.
When we’re full of head knowledge, it kind of cancels out heart transformation.
So, enjoy your journey. God WILL speak to you. I’m glad you have participated heavily in reading the entries here. One way or another, you’ll be greatly blessed by my Abba Father and His Yeshua will be revealed to you.
Much Love & Shalom Peace to you Ikram & your family.

Thank you Nadya & Safuan for your kind input here.
To be Christian is not to embrace a new religion, it just but to have a walking & working relationship with the Supreme, Almighty God whom i can now call Abba, Daddy, Father, Bapak, anywhich way i want. The closeness of this relationsip has been given to me FREE from Him but it wasn’t easy ans cheap for Him to do it for me.
Yeshua is not just a person, not just a prophet, not just a priest, not just a rabbi, Yeshua is God’s working salvation in my life in every area of it.
Much & Shalom, Shalom.

Brother Isaac,
Thank you for gracing this page with all your comments. I am grateful, honoured and blessed to have you here!
Shalom Shalom.
much love and salam to one and all.
i believe that there is one God.
i believe that God is full of love, mercy and compassion.
i believe that God is Omnipresent, All-Hearing, All-Seeing, All-Knowing.
i believe that God is close to me and you and everyone of us. closer than the jugular vein in our necks. closer than any one of us might care to appreciate.
i believe that if our intentions are right, and if we do things the right way, then whatever we do can be regarded as acts of worship.
if i play soccer, and i do it so that i can keep fit so that i can continue to serve Him, then that is worship.
if i eat, with the intention of gaining energy so i can continue to serve Him, then that is worship.
if i visit a sick friend, with the intention of strengthening bonds so that humanity can be united and feel compassion for one another, then that is worship.
i also believe that God is just and fair.
He will mediate disputes that used to take place on earth and administer justice. on the appointed Day, where no atom-sized bad deed will go unpunished, where no atom-sized good deed will go unrewarded.
on that day we will be taken into account for what we used to do on earth, and we will feel that we tarried no more than an afternoon on earth.
i believe that God is Almighty, All-Powerful, Majestic, Magnanimous, Benevolent, Magnificent. whatever He wills, happens.
we are no more than God’s creations, small and humble. we are at once subject to His mercy, wrath, majesty, will and love in ways no man can perceive.
i believe that God cannot be perceived by the human mind, for His very Beauty and Majesty are unfathomable to our primitive minds. His greatest reward for His best servants will be that His Face will be unveiled in heaven, and that is the greatest gift of all. God is infinitely more beautiful than any creature on earth. so beautiful and majestic that we cannot imagine it. He is the Benevolent Master whom we can confide in, submit ourselves to, listen to, talk to. for He knows us better than we know ourselves.
i believe in His prophets and messengers. Jesus. David. Moses. Noah. Abraham. Adam. Enoch. Solomon. Lot. Ishmael. Jacob. Joseph. Elias. Zachariah. i believe they were sent down by the One God for the same mission.
and i believe in Muhammad. a man commissioned to execute the same mission as the other messengers.
Many messengers. One God.
is it any surprise, then, that we share many similarities?
Dear Emmanuel Reza. I have read your responses. I have no comments on them since everyone is entitled to one’s position and belief. I would only request you to spare a little bit of time to check Free Wikipedia’s description of the Unitarian Church Christianity and browse through Unitarian Church Christianity websites , just to get a different view of some doctrinal issues.
Hi Johnny,
Thank you for your earnest comment. Also thank you for the insight on Muallafs in MY.
Much appreciated. We will pray for the safety of all of our brethren who are seeking Jesus Christ and those who have also accepted Him.
Shalom to you and your family.
Praise the Lord.
hi i use to be a muslim but now im a free thinker… i dont choose to believe in any of the religion…i believe that religion is man made.since i became a free thinker i feel like a new person..i dont feel trap with all the rules that religion ask us not to do..to me in order for u to do somthing in life it depends in urself not because a book tell u what to do and not what to do…people need religion to live because without religion they will feel they’re life is incomplete…
shallom to all readers
first af all all, I would like to say glory to God and thank you so much to Bro. Emmanuel for this wonderful blogs. this is absollutely a strong messages to all of us who wanted to know the truth in Christ Jesus. in fact there’s only ONE WAY journey to our salvation. ONLY ONE!! its through Jesus Christ. Hard to accept? To the Muslim brethren…i would like to ask this question. just say if you wanted to go to one place, would you like to follow the one that can give you the assurance or the one that unsure about it? now, let us see a few thought of why i am following Jesus.
#1) because Jesus is in heaven ( that proved He is not a liar nor a sinner ) did prophet Muhammad give this assurance or is he in heaven as been written in quran?
#2) while Jesus teach us to love others and even our enemy…prophet Muhammad ask his followers to terminates those who against islam or even persecuting those who wanted to leave islam. until today…i don’t have to prove it.
#3) as a Christian I’ve NEVER been tought to love Christianity because it is just a mere religion but to love God the Father of Whom my salvation comes. True Christian faith does’nt ask you to love religion but to love God.
#4) Jesus is a perfect picture of how God so much love the world!! without sacrifices that loves does’nt have any meaning. Useless!! If you say that you love your family but not willing to sacrifice everything that you have…dare not you say you love them! that is why God demonstrated it to us His perfect love through Jesus Christ! No question pls.
#5) As a Christian we never been tought to protect Christianity because we believed God is the One Who fought for us because it’s belongs to Him. Why we want to protect something when we are in God’s side. God don’t need guns and sword to protect His religion. Only man use guns because they dont have power likes God did. and offcourse you have to use guns and weapons to protect your religion because God is not in your side. He only want us to love Him and not religion….
almost all religions can makes us as good and kind as its can be…but without the truth all of our effort is useless..our ultimate of being like that is to be in heaven and the only way to be there is through Jesus Christ. Jesus is already being in heaven so why not just follow someone who have already did just that?
for those who were out there reading this…pls…pray before you read the bible or study it. Pray to God that He will show you the truth. i don’t ask you to believe in it, but only by praying God will revealed the truth to us. When you ask something from your earthly father…your hope is that your father will give it to you. I believed that God the Father Whom is greater than your father will give it to you when you really ask and believed. remember…dont limit yourself just to your own understanding but see the proof… see the history and see the truth.
God bless you all.
Amen.
i have the burden on Sis. Fiza’s sharing.
I remember when one of my good frend telling me that religion is something that squezed his freedom and he has to stuck in the rules. so i told him that as a Christian…i never feel that way. no one in whatever situation shall force you to follow whatever been tought to you. it’s totally up to us wether to follow or not this rules. when we are free thinker, we are not by fact being free from the rules of our life. in fact Bible is a source of guidance to guide us not only now but to eternity. its because when we’re free thinker, doesnt mean that we are not baund to rules and regulations.
so i ask my frend, so as a free thinker no body can stop you to do whatever you want? even immorality wrong things? well offcourse he happily answering me “yes”. than i said to him. what about if someone brings your girlfriend or your wife out because we can do anything that we want without being control…would you like that to happen to you? he look at me and say offcourse not! so…doesnt this is what you want? freedom without anyone controlling you? i tell you sis…and believe me…your freedom will slowly kill your happiness and your joy. you will lost your focus on so many things and worst…you lost your salvation. When God guides us through the bible…it’s all for our own benefits. all that we do will caused us the consiquenses. good or bad. so God dont want us to distroy our life as well as others. Satan is the otherway round. that’s why he makes people hates religion and cover their eyes to see the truth so they can stay forever in the darkness. your happiness now that you get is only temporally…seek iternity where there an opportunity given. if you need some question regarding Christianity…freely email me at ju.jemstudio@yahoo.com or write on this blog. God love and bless you.
hmmm interesting….i see many inconsistencies in ur story and many things you say make me think that you were never a muslim before in ur life. Islam is the fastest growing religion in the world. There are many priests converting to islam after they learnt the truth abt islam. If christianity is really growing why must they make so many lies about islam on the internet, teaching their people lies about islam, creating fake quran, create videos on youtube that are so fake and have been refuted.thankfully their lies have been refuted. I do not wish to say much except that my father himself was a christian who converted to islam he has many friends that converted to islam from christianity. He said that once someone learns the TRUTH about islam that person will definitely converted to islam.
see this website. just 1 of the many.
http://www.islamtomorrow.com/
The Quran mentions a number of scientific facts which were unknown to the world then. Some of them are:
*
The moon has no light of its own and that what we see is the reflected light of the sun. (91:1-2),
*
The universe came about by a “big bang” or disintegration billions of years ago. (21:30),
*
Every living thing began in water. (continuation of 21:30),
*
Stages of reproduction of a life in the womb.(22:5),
*
Every living thing, including vegetable matter, is created in pairs (male and female). (36:36),
*
All celestial body (namely, moon and planets) have their own course of orbit. (7:54 and 21:33),
*
Space travel is possible. (55:33), and
*
There is also life (in whatever form) in other parts of the universe. (42:29).
*
All these scientific facts were discovered only in the last couple of centuries whereas the Quran mentions them 14 centuries ago. How could the Prophet, even if he were educated, have known these fact centuries ahead of recent times?
in another post i’ve seen many loopholes in those claiming to be”exmuslim”.
firstly someone said many of the stories from the quran was taken from the bible when i saw this i was really laughing. This person has no knowledge of islam at all. 1 of the 6 articles of faith in islam is to believe in all the prophets and make no discrimination among them and to believe in all the scriptures revealed to them. BUT all of these scriptures have been changed by the hands of man .God has protected the quran from being changed that is why its authenticity is beyond doubt, and no serious scholar or thinker has ventured to question its genuineness. The bible was sent down as a correction after the torah has been corrupted by man. And after the bible was also corrupted by man .God sent down the last revealation(THE HOLY QURAN) as a correction and He safeguarded it aganist any corruption so that is why the stories are similar.
in another post this person said something like i never touched the bible cause it was for christians muslims are not supposed to touch it. I literally LOL at this. In islam you are supposed to expand ur knowledge and read as much as you can. Many muslims, islamic scholars have read the bible, the torah and what not and of course the noble quran.
lastly there was this guy who posted saying that they are not exmuslims they are reborned muslims who have been enlightened.i also LOL at this. first pillar of islam
Faith or belief in the ONENESS of God and the finality of the prophethood of Muhammad.
ONENESS of God! muslims do not associate any partners whatsoever with God like saying he had a son or is his own son
syahir ezekiel is confirmed that he was never a muslim before.such a small world eh.hahhahaha.
http://www.usislam.org/converts/converts.htm
i recommend you alll to see this and read the testimonies.i sincerely say it with peace. Many of the so called “exmuslim stories” thing have been refuted by other muslims easily because truth stands clear from error and their lies are very easily seen. But converts to islam all have provided us with a relevant source no one has been able to refute their testimonies.
Do not be arrogant or proud brother.Learn about other religions from relevant sources.learn about islam from muslim sources Hopefully Almighty God the most gracious the most merciful will show u the light.
Everything will be revealed when we die. All religions teach everyone to be good. Just hope that the religion that you choose are the ‘REAL’ one. I have a friend who told me before that since all religion want us to be good. When we die, the buddhist will go to the buddhist’s heaven, Christians to Christian’s heaven, Muslim to Islam’s heaven. etc.. which is quite reasonable for someone who is a free thinker…
But when we die, it will be too late when you find the TRUE religion of this world, if your current religion is not the TRUE religion. So much chaotic in life that makes many people wants to stand on the fence – A FREE Thinker…. haha….
Pray hard everyone that your religion is the TRUE religion…..
mr amran,as what i know muslim teaching not suppose to condemn others..no matter what they r still human being…everybody can say that they’re religion is the true one but we as a human being not suppose to condemn others because they’re r diffrent.btw r u a malaysian? cause as what i know malaysian malay dont like singapore malay.im an atheist by the way and i would like to say this, nobody is perfect in this world and u r not god to condemn and judge people..if u think islam is the thrue faith than live with it..jangan nak mengkat org cermin diri sendiri dulu ok..
Dear H,
What I said is true. It is facts here.
Di sini banyak gereja dah tukar jadi museum dan ada gereja jadi masjid.
A typical church here is big, beautiful etc. but the congregation is pathetically small.
I want to point out other facts too.
Yusof Ishak orang Perak. Tok saya orang Tanjong Katong, tapi dengar sekarang dah tinggal Katong pasal ditambak. Adik Tok tinggal di Bedok dan Geylang. Pakcik di Pasir Ris dan merata. Kita bukan saja serumpun tapi sama. Politik saja yang memisahkan kita. Sila lihat comments Pak Said Zahari di YouTube.
Actually I am not belittling anyone. Cuma kita kena sedar asal usul kita dan apa kita mahu untuk memajukan kita.
Dear H reveal yourself.
To your statement: “jangan nak mengkat org cermin diri sendiri dulu ok” should apply to yourself first.
“jangan nak mengkat org cermin diri sendiri dulu ok” y should i? i know im not perfect cause im a human being.let this people be.as i see all this post all the malay muslim always condemn them but yet they never talk back or condemn all the muslim.cik amran saya tau kita serupa tapi tak semesti nya kita melayu kita mesti jadi org islam
atau org cina patut jadi buddhist, org india patut hindu. if u dont like what u see here than i suggest u dont visit this blog anymore, dont waste ur time cause no matter what u say they wont turn back to muslim and repent.
Dear H,
What is your real name? I just don’t know whether to address you as Encik, or Puan? But I hold you dear. I know I won’t change anything here but I just want to state facts.
I hope you read history, how Islam came to this archipelago and how Christianity was rejected totally by the Malays then, especially from the Sultanate which was dominant then?
The Malays in Malaya(tanah Melayu) and Singapore has always been known with their identification with Islam until recently, which is sad. The Malays have a unified culture and religion. In Malay it means “bersatu”.
On your comment” r u a malaysian? cause as what i know malaysian malay dont like singapore malay”
This statement maybe true on a few Malays in Malaysia but the overwhelming majority of Malays there are sympathetic with their brethen in Singapore. Mereka cuba membela nasib Melayu di Singapura. But what is very true is Malaysian Malay not only don’t like, but hate Singaporean Chinese especially that old man sebab merampas tanah Melayu, menindas orang Melayu Singapura dan meleceh-lecehkan semua orang Melayu.
To Amran Fadzil
Your writing reveals your very small and bias mind.
You say : “To those Malays who have embraced Christianity, you are an embarrasment, to your family, society and most importantly yourself.” -Oct 26th, 2009 at 11:19 pm.
You are an embaressment as a human being. Why do you insult persons who are excercising their right to choose or change their religion to one other then Islam. Do you not accept the fact that not everyone (including some Malays) agree with you that Islam is the true religion. Do you not agree with the idea of freedom of religion?
Are you a racist? You say” Cuma yang bodoh Cina, Korea dan Keling yang baru masuk Christian bangun awal-awal pagi Ahad bawak Injil pergi gereja” – translation- “Only those STUPID Chinese, Koreans and Indians that have just become Christians wake up early on Sunday and bring their Bible to church”. Or are you saying that if one becomes a Christian one is stupid? Awak kurang ajar. (In Singapore we speak 2 or 3 languages. I speak a little Malay.)
You say:”The Malays in Malaya(tanah Melayu) and Singapore has always been known with their identification with Islam until recently, which is sad. The Malays have a unified culture and religion.” Some Malays will tell you that what is sad is that the majority of Malays believe in something that is false. It is a matter of perception.
Your writing shows your lack of consideration/ respect for the choices that others make (if their choice is not Islam) and their feelings. Is this how you should treat others according to Islam? Or is there something wrong with you?
Dear Sonlight,
First and foremost my writings are targeted to the Malays, be it they are in the Malay archipelago, South Africa, UK, US and the world over. That was why I wrote in Malay.
Not being a Malay you shouldn’t be coming, reading and take personally what I have said. Your statement of knowing little Malay meaning you shouldn’t be here first of all.
To your little knowledge of Malay, let me tell you, my forefathers had lived in Singapore way before yours migrated to it. So knowing little Malay doesn’t seem to fit in here. And you do not have to tell me about 2 or 3 languages. In another forum, I can teach you the ancient history of Singapore.
The Malays are not and never are the same as the Chinese, Indians and other races. While diversity in religion is recognized and tolerated in the Chinese and Indian races, the Malays are identified with Islam. Your statement of “some Malays” seem false to me. The correct statement should be a tiny fraction of Malays. Therefore while freedom of religion is tolerated in other races, the Malays are only and only connected to Islam. Example, the Malays that were resettled in Christmas Island off Australia, still practise the Malay customs and Islam. Your lack of understanding of Malay culture deem you not to be fit in commenting in here.
To your statement”Are you a racist? You say” Cuma yang bodoh Cina, Korea dan Keling yang baru masuk Christian bangun awal-awal pagi Ahad bawak Injil pergi gereja”: This statement is based on my observation in the Western world and this statement is directed to the Malays only. It seems to me only the new converts are congregating on Sunday morning while my Caucasian friends are dozing off after a night of partying. This is a clear example of the Christianity that is practise in the Western world. So, I am not a racist. I am only pointing out the truth.
Let me make know to you that I am NOT a preacher, missionary or anything of that sort. I am a Malay businessman, which in not typical anywhere.
Last night I saw on tv the mass in Vatican, a place where Jesus never set foot during his lifetime.
Merry Christmas!
To Amran Fadzil
You say:”First and foremost my writings are targeted to the Malays, …..Not being a Malay you shouldn’t be coming, reading and take personally what I have said.”(Amran Fadzil, Dec 26th, 2009 at 4:04 am).
My reply: In your post, you say”“To those Malays who have embraced Christianity, you are an embarrasment, to your family, society and most importantly yourself.” -Oct 26th, 2009 at 11:19 pm. (Note: Your post on Oct 26 seems to have disapeared.)
You are not only addressing Malays, but Malays who are Christians. You insult my Christian brothers. That is why I feel I have a right to comment on your post. Also, I feel I can make comments here because this is a Christian web-site. I can also ask-” What are you doing here?” Just as I may look out of place to you ( by myself, a non- Malay, making comments among Malays), perhaps you also can be seen as out of place (i.e. A Muslim making comments on a Christian web-site to Christians, including Malay Christians).
Also you say:”Therefore while freedom of religion is tolerated in other races, the Malays are only and only connected to Islam. Example, the Malays that were resettled in Christmas Island off Australia, still practise the Malay customs and Islam. Your lack of understanding of Malay culture deem you not to be fit in commenting in here.” -Amran Fadzil, Dec 26th, 2009 at 4:04 am .
I am not interested in commenting on Malay culture. I am interested in the idea of freedom of religion. Do you agree that everyone (including Malays) should be allowed the freedom to use their heads to think about and examine all religions and to follow what they believe to be the true religion?
Happy New Year.
Sonlight,
I am reminding you again and again. This is a MALAY forum!
Amran
To Amran Fadzil
I am reminding you that this is a Christian web-site. I cannot stop you from posting your thoughts here about Malay culture. But should you touch on Christianity, you should not be surprised if Christians respond.
Also I asked “Do you agree that everyone (including Malays) should be allowed the freedom to use their heads to think about and examine all religions and to follow what they believe to be the true religion?” You have not answered this question. I believe everyone (including Malays that you are addressing) would be interested to know your stand on this.
To Sonlight,
If you are not interested in Malay culture, therefore I am NOT INTERESTED to respond to you.
Shalom Shalom to all,
I’m back after a long break.
Hi Amran, you’ve been an ardent commentator. I hope you’ve been blessed by some of the insights into our Christian faith here. I hope you do realise that this blog addresses Christians and not Malays.
I happen to be Malay by race and Christian by faith, therefore becoming sensational fodder for people like yourselves all over the internet.
Again i stress, this blog adresses Christians who wish to know more about people like myself. I am Malay, so what? I could be Caucasian and be Muslim or African Buddhist or Chinese Jew. Would all these be sensational to you? (Oh yes, interesting enough, there is a tribe in China that’s Jewish by faith, known as Kaifeng Jews, Kaifeng is located at the southern bank of the Yellow River.)
Let’s not mix faith and race. It is totally irrelevant. Put it simply: nonsense, as in non-sense. Does not make sense. I’m sure what i’ve said will ruffle some feathers but it’s the truth of the matter and cuts through all this chatter that’s been happening here.
My wish, personally, is for this blog entry to be a blessing to Christians who are currently having their faith walk over the internet. For them to chance upon a Christian believer who happen to be Malay and not of the same “skin” as them. But of course as we cut deeper than skin, we all bleed crimson red.
God bless all of you & Shalom 2010!
Emmanuel
Hi Emmanuel & Sonlight,
You guys SERIOUSLY should read about Unitarianism Christianity. C’mon we don’t have to tell you guys to do your homework do we? Goodness. Everyone should be entitled to their own opinion and so do i..
Anw FYI, there are so many contradictions, variations & VERSIONS of the HOLY Bible. I’m not condemning one’s religion, etc. I’m just sharing with you guys FACTs and facts don’t lie do they?
PROVE (of what im saying in para 2): Watch how this Paster Sjoberg and Ahmad Deedat having a debate. “islam vs christianity debate ( is the bible god word) part 1″ WATCH all of the parts that followed…
Both of you (Emmanuel & Sonlight) will have a laugh about it.
Enjoy..
Hi Guys (Emmanuel & Sonlight)
You guys can watch it in youtube. Look up for Ahmad Deedat & Pastor Sjoberg. Ahmad Deedat did a dialouge with the Pope as well. Go ahead ana google about it.
And FYI, Ahmad Deedat is a scholar and mesmorized every bible that you can ever imagine or get hold of. I doubt any pastor did that…. You guys will be amazed of how many contradicting or VERSIONS these HOLY Bibles have and i wonder which is which.
If im a free thinker choosing which religion to go to, this one will confused me.
Anyone who read my comments, no offence. Im just sharing my thots like you guys are. We are living in this free world, so like everyone agreed, we are entitiled to our own opinions right? Unless we are in North Korea…. or in Taliban ruled country…
Cheers everbody!
Hi Emmanuel & All Christians,
I don’t think you personally know who is GOD. God has never been separated from us. God is with us all along and never separated from His Creations.
Jesus died, resurrected and was lifted to heaven, doesn’t sound like God. God is not in Heaven but is everywhere (Omnipresent). So where is Jesus now? Is Jesus everywhere? Please explain.
God sacrificed his only begotten SON for our sins,. Is there a need to do so? God only says “Be, and it is,”.
God is omniscient and omnipotent, hence Jesus accounts don’t fit these criteria. It only proves that your God is weak.
How do you relate your monotheic beliefs to your Trinity concept? How can the Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit be ONE, when different accounts occurred or happened to each of them at the same interval. Why bible only focus on Jesus, since the Holy Spirit is also God and Father is also God. If Jesus is the begotten Son, then who is the Holy Spirit? Step-Son?
Please clarify.
Peace
